How safe are vitamins,I have heard Niacin can be dangerous,or people can have a reaction to it? - vitamins for hearing

I want to stress, vitamins, because I care concerns start, but I am pleased with the niacin, so I heard that people can be allgeic. And somebody has an idea for the IBS and acid reflux? I HAVE A seeem very swollen Adom, sorry, misspelled IS YOUR

First ... I have not heard, niacin be dangerous (if taken in the correct dosage for), but tend to cause reddening of the face - that freaks some people. In general, helps only a reduced dose and drink plenty of water with that.

In other stuff ... IBS: Many things can help ... Are you prone to constipation or diarrhea (which most people are either) .. Fiber helps in the treatment with both and can be taken daily ... be sure to drink plenty of water, or you will be bloated and constipated. There are drugs - Talk to your doctor about it .. if they are the drugs to you the feeling that I have found that stress complicate things, like eating more or eating certain foods at certain times of the day (for me, I need to avoid in the early morning or late at night - and sweet or fatty foods seem to be a trigger). Distension is a normal effect of IBS, but talk to his lecture on the subject, to rule out other causes.

Acid reflux can be treated with medication ..if there is an everyday thing, probably would be good to try Prilosec (which is) now available for free ... or if it is too expensive try Zantac or FIFO - all things that the acid in your source and can prevent heartburn, rather than treated as soon as it happened (such as abdominal does).

Above all, vitamins are healthy in moderate amounts. Some could interact with medications, and some people with certain types of cancer are cautioned that certain vitamins, such as "E". Niacin is the best is taken with food. A response to niacin involved redness and warmth, but disappears quickly, and food to prevent the reaction.
Acid reflux can consult sufficiently serious to a doctor if the ban is sufficient. Good luck.

You really need to see your doctor. IBS can cause abdominal distension, but other things more sinister. Only your doctor Naicin yout talk about it carefully for him. Can redness or fainting.

You can also niacin. The amount of niacin in a multivitamin is fine. Signs of too much niacin include redness, warmth, and nervous, perhaps a rash.

When this happens, look for a vitamin with a lower dose of niacin.

Find a doctor immeadiatly, especially if you have a swollen belly. It can be fatal if not treated properly.

Vitamins and minerals can be dangerous in high doses. Usually, the amount which it is found in vitamin pills pretty sure, but not overdo it with other supplements. The man my mother was a doctor of alternative and over 15 different supplements, herbal recommended by the doctor. Finally, he decided to go to a real doctor and discovered that his heart problem on the mix of these surcharges payable. He received the supplements and felt better but had to undergo an operation in which the injury was too much at this point. Simply because they are "natural" or "organic" does not mean that they are safe to take.

Talk to your doctor about your stress. Stress is not something that is "cured" with vitamins, is somewhat "cured" by the factors in your life that cause stress or learn to cope.

Eat a balanced diet - you can all the vitamins and minerals you need from a well-balanced meal. Your body absorbs and uses better if they come from natural sources.

TakeRead time for yourself - a book, a hot bath, a quiet stroll, so that a mystery.

Get more move - just a simple walk when they can begin to feel, afraid to help soothe and release endorphins that you can feel comfortable.
