Hello. You should get a colonoscopy to be sure. Colitus IBS and can have similar symptoms of severe illness. The only way to know exactly and is sure to have a colonoscopy. That's what I found the problems I had. I'm no expert, but ask your doctor. Better safe than sorry and take. Good luck!
